30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us right away through our Contact Page. We will quickly assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Product Exchanges
To exchange a product, return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return it for any reason, with no need for justification. Items must still meet the unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging condition requirement. Proof of purchase is required.
