So that not all are exercises with a high physical level, you can include in your particular goose - or work individually - some exercise that requires more concentration, patience and imagination than physical waste. Two ideas for this: on the one hand, write different material concepts on separate papers, distribute them around a room and ask the child to represent them as they find them on the fictitious walk you are taking - you can vary the setting to work on more concepts: park, forest, school, beach, sports center, etc.-.

On the other hand, play putting balloons in a large basket or some similar container with the help of a broomstick-type material.
