Since we know that The Lion King will return to our screens starring flesh and blood characters, we are overwhelmed with excitement. We look forward to the day when we can sit in front of a movie screen to feel the call of the jungle more closely thanks to this great work.
It is true that for a few years now we have been able to enjoy a bit of The Lion King in the flesh thanks to the musical that gives it its name, which has already received millions of viewers. But enjoying the film, as we have been doing since we were children, makes us especially excited.
It doesn't take much thinking to know that on opening day, the movie theaters will be more full of expectant adults than children. After all, they live their particular joy with the animated film. And, to everyone's surprise, they have already told us when we will be able to enjoy it (so that you can make room). The release date will be July 19, 2019. Until then, we can only wait, biting our nails.
In the Lion King movie everything revolves around the figure of Simba, the future king of the African savannah. Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, who takes his role as king of the jungle very seriously. But, his brother Scar (former heir to the throne), has his own plans and, among them, neither Mufasa nor Simba enter. In the end, everything ends with the death of Mufasa and the exile of Simba. With the help of his new friends, Timon and Pumbaa, he will recover everything that is his and will reunite with his childhood love: Nala.
The new film directed by Jon Favreau, has an exclusive cast. We already know who will represent each character and when you know, you will be shocked. To open your mouths, we will say that Beyoncé herself will represent Nala and Donald Grovera Simba.
Do you want to know the rest of the cast? Let's introduce you to all the characters of the Lion King! Make time for July 19, 2019!

The first Lion King, Simba's father and Scar's brother, will be played by James Earl Jones, a highly regarded American actor. Among his works, his role in Star Wars stands out, and, above all, because he already provided the voice of the great Mufasa in the animated film The Lion King.
