Airline guide for flying pregnant 2026

If you are pregnant, you can fly on a plane without any problem. However, it is not recommended that you do it in the last month of pregnancy, and in any case it is preferable that the flights do not last more than 4 hours.

Some airlines require a medical certificate to confirm at what stage of pregnancy the pregnant woman is, and others place restrictions after certain weeks.
