A father dresses his son up as Hitler and provokes a wave of indignation 2026

Bryant Goldbach decided to spend Halloween night with his children in the neighborhood where they live in Owensboro, Kentucky (United States). To do this, both he and his two children dressed up and went out to ask for candy when the rest of the neighbors began to "rebuke" them. The family had chosen an inappropriate costume: he was wearing a Nazi soldier's outfit, and his son was directly dressed as Hitler, with a mustache and everything.

Bryant took to Facebook to denounce the fact that they had not been left alone all night, saying that they had even bullied his 6-year-old son. This complaint caused an even greater wave of indignation in the population, who began to send him messages about the lack of respect that his words and the costume they had chosen meant. “Anyone who knows us knows that we love history, and we often dress up as historical figures.” This has not served as a justification for a person who compared his costume to that of devils and other types of gore that no one bothered, especially after the days of racist violence experienced in the United States in recent years.

"Tonight, adults threatened a child for his costume, as well as his mother and father, and threatened him into taking it off while yelling obscenities at him, scaring a small child. First, it's not your problem. And second, how dare you, I mean, how dare you threaten a child? It's one thing for me, but my son? You're messing with fire."  Bryant declared, causing people to attack him even more, to the point where he had to close his profile, although his words and photos had already been captured and spread online.

He had to end up apologizing to people

This citizen's profile caught the attention of many people, since the pages he followed were very striking, highlighting those that advocated white supremacy as a necessary belief.

Finally, Goldbach ended by apologizing to anyone who may have been offended, stating: "I made a mistake and I want people to know I'm sorry."
