Rory, the strongest girl in the world: she is 7 years old and lifts 80 kilos 2026

Rory Van Ulft is the strongest girl in the world, although the reality is that she surely also surpasses many adults. At only 7 years old, he is capable of lifting 80 kilos and is breaking real records in weightlifting.

She is from Canada and has just become the youngest United States Under-11 and Under-13 National Youth Champion of all time, having only dedicated two years to this specific sport. He started doing gymnastics, but from such discipline he learned that he could get injured if he was not strong enough. It was from there that at the age of 5 he began lifting weights in various styles, always under the supervision of a trainer.

Little by little she has been developing her strength and right now she can lift 32 kilos, do 42 kilo pulls, 61 squats and 80 kilo deadlifts with a women's Olympic bar. This is a historic milestone for Weightlifting. Of course, she has also encountered many people who have doubted the benefits of this sport for a little girl her age.

As we say, Rory is positioned as the strongest girl - also including boys her age - since as her father Cavan explains to media such as Daily Mail: "In terms of Rory's relative strength compared to all the national champions in the lower weight and developmental age categories of girls, which vary from country to country, there is currently no one who competes better."

In addition to his success in the sports world, this also translates to the networks, since on his Instagram account @roryvanulftya he accumulates quite a few followers, currently, more than 177,000. In his profile we can see hundreds of photos and videos where he shows his great skills. And, likewise, we can also see how the little girl draws attention for her aesthetics or appearance: her arms are full of temporary tattoos of tribal designs, animals or flames of fire. Without a doubt, it does not go unnoticed.

Despite training supervised by experts to guarantee her safety, it is also true that her training has generated criticism for perhaps not being the most appropriate practice for a girl and her development.
